Voices at the Table

While Borough Market is now back up and running after the awful terrorist attack in June, the fundraising effort to support the traders who have experienced financial difficulty in the wake of the attack continues. Voices at the Table is a fantastic programme created by the food-loving team At the Table, who aim to bring to life the stories behind the food we eat; they have created a special version of their Voices event, to be held at Borough Market next week, with all funds raised going to the Borough Market Trader Support Fund. Highlights include performances and readings from restaurant critic Grace Dent, writer and anthropologist Claudia Roden and rapper and poet Suley Muhidin. Previously sold out, a number of tickets are available exclusively here; but if you miss this one, the next event is at Fortnum and Mason on Thursday, October 5.
