Vanity Fair and Vogue celebrate Paris Fashion Week

Anna Dello Russo and Gene Krell

Vanity Fair and Vogue raised a glass to Paris Fashion week last night with a cocktail party at Le Bristol Hotel. Hosted by Xavier Romatet, president of Condé Nast France and vice president of Condé Nast International, in the Versailles Room of the iconic Parisian hotel, fashion’s brightest lights congregated to toast the end of the fashion season. Attendees included British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enniful, and editor of French Vanity Fair, Virginie Mouzat. Sadly, hours before, the passing of Si” Newhouse, Jr, chairman of Condé Nast, was confirmed, and so many of those at the party spent the night swapping memories of the luminary who built a magazine empire.
