Tom Cridland started designing clothes early. Aged 18, he sold nearly £3,000 worth of t-shirts in a single week of school, and donated all the profits to Médecins Sans Frontières. Five years later, with his altruistic spirit undiminished, he founded his eponymous label which specialized solely in creating the perfect pair of trousers, placing emphasis upon quality. The bottoms were soon followed by a top half: the 30 Year Sweatshirt, a sustainable fashion project in the form of a luxury crewneck backed up with a 30-year guarantee.
