Before Margaret Dabbs created the medical pedicure, going to a podiatrist was a thoroughly unglamorous occasion. She made two key innovations: first, to bring the podiatrists and beauticians under one roof, allowing clients to walk away with feet that look as good as they feel; and secondly, developing a range of products that are just as effective as the clinical ones she used in her Harley Street consulting rooms, but are also luxurious, well scented and pleasant to use. With six clinics across the UK, and one in Dubai, it’s clearly a fusion that works. While she has several clinics in London already (one in Marylebone, others in Liberty and Space NK), the new treatment rooms at Corinthia London are extra-special. Set within the hotel’s beautiful and serene ESPA Life spa, you will be whisked away down a marble staircase and through hushed corridors, before winding up in a fire-lit haven, where things really couldn’t be more relaxing.
